Eight ways to find your Inner Happiness

Some people have experienced intense pressure of positive and negative energies during October. Now comes as a relief and a breath of fresh air. November is the month to settle into our 'new normal'.

You can now sit by the window and enjoy the rain, the smell of coffee and the small things in life that give wings to your soul. When we love and respect ourselves, we vibrate high and we have a clearer vision of who we really are and what is our purpose in life.

A simple way to do this is to let your inner happiness rule your life and show you the way, the path.

 1. Have a Morning Ritual 

By creating a morning ritual, you set the whole tone for the day. Say thank you to the sun, smile and greet the first few moments of the day by nurturing your body and soul. This is the time of day to seek out the simple luxuries of life and embrace them. You can meditate for a few minutes  or do yoga, take a walk outside or have a delicious wholesome breakfast.

 2. Live with Gratitude 

Our thoughts have the ability to create realities. This means that what we focus on, we attract. So, try to control your thoughts during the day and correct your self-talk. Focus only on what you are grateful for. An easy and fun way to put your life in order is to buy yourself a notebook and keep a gratitude journal. Every night before bed, write five things down that you are grateful for. By practicing gratitude, your perception will change, and you will develop a sense of appreciating the smaller things in life. You can also divide it in sections and write more things. 3. Do things

Things will not just fall in your lap, you have to go out, work hard and earn them. In the process, you will make mistakes, however, instead of giving up, find a way that works. When you search long enough, opportunities will come your way. Be honest and tell the universe what you REALLY want. Yes, you may get a hundred ‘no’s’, but you will eventually get one ‘yes’. You will be surprised how often the universe says ‘yes!’ You just have to ask first.

 4. Watch your thoughts & Set Your Intention 

Manifestation is extremely powerful, so get focused on setting your intent. As I said above, our thoughts have the ability to create so you can use them to create something valuable for you. This is why some people say that there are no coincidences. By getting clear about what you want and sending out positive thoughts/feelings/emotions about it, you will find the key to fulfilling your dreams. (this works also if you think negative thoughts so be very careful). Write your own personal mantra, affirmations and pictures to reprogram your subconscious mind. Hang it where you will see it every day.

5. Be love

Live life with an open mind and loving heart. Don’t let your ego take over. Instead, give without expecting, stay away from gossip or TV and do not judge people or situations. Walk with grace, and keep your character strong. Character is how you treat those who can do nothing for you. Give love to people and animals. 
For example:

   buy food to homeless people in the street or give them money.
   feed animals you see in the parks or even build a place for them outside your house to protect them from the cold weather. You have one, they don’t!

 6. Dare to Dream

It is your birth-right to live how you choose; dare to live it. Dream Big, and Take Risks. Yes, it takes courage, because way to often you get belittled by small-minded people telling you, “you’re just a dreamer” or “that’s an impossible dream.” Because they don’t have the courage to do it doesn’t mean that you can’t do it either! Deep down the what to do it too. The people who achieve their goals are the ones who never give up, even when it seems all so hopeless. Dare to be different! You were born a prototype don’t die a copy!

7. Take care of Yourself

Speak to yourself with kindness, nourish your body with healthy foods and honour your value by living life by your own morals. Take some time to invest in the most important thing – YOU.

 8. Breathe

We live in a society where we all want everything yesterday. We forget to live in the present moment. Take some time to notice how blue the sky is, listen to the birds, and enjoy the sunshine. Get out there and enjoy the miracle of life that surrounds you NOW.
