SOLAR FLARES & FIRES🔥What to Do during Crisis

Hello Warrior Family,

In a time where our planet feels increasingly unpredictable due to the energy of the planet rising and affecting all lifeforms in this transition (the consciousness rising and holding more light- information), solar flares & extreme heat-related wildfires are a probable outcome.

These events, sparked by massive explosions on the sun’s surface, can disrupt Earth’s magnetic field, affecting the human electromagnetic field (collectively) and also things like satellites, power grids, artificial grids made to control consciousness and frequencies are could also cause heat waves that fuel devastating wildfires. Natural Fires or Man-made either through weather modification or accidental combustion they still cause the same damage.

As fires rage, homes are lost, lives are upended, communities scatter, and trauma sets in, this article is a guide — not just for those directly impacted, but for everyone. It’s a call to recognize our shared humanity, offer grounded support, and create space for healing: physically, mentally, and

In this list of veterinary clinics that have expressed their willingness to assist with this significant disaster.

Understanding Solar Flares and Their Connection to Fires

Solar flares are powerful bursts of radiation from the sun. Though they don’t cause fires directly, they are often associated with geomagnetic storms that disrupt Earth’s climate patterns. This can lead to extreme heat surges — the kind that dry out forests and grasslands, setting the stage for wildfires. When solar activity is high or manmade following a particular agenda or even accident, emergency services issue warnings as temperatures spike and fire risks grow. As we witness these fires on our island we can unify, share our truth and assistance for people & animals.

If You Are Directly Affected by Fires:

1. Physically Ground Yourself

• Prioritize Safety: Evacuate when advised. Don’t wait — fires move faster than they appear.

• Stay Hydrated: High heat and smoke suck moisture from the body. Even indoors, drink more water than usual.

• Protect Lungs: Use N95 masks if available, or damp cloths if not. Air quality during fires can be as dangerous as the flames themselves.

• Rest When You Can: Sleep disruption is common in crises, but your body needs recovery and nervous system regulation. A way to communicate to your mind and heart when the survival mode kicks in and causes energetic reactions in your body due to external factors. No matter what happens, you have the self power and resilience thrive in any obstacle of you focus your intention in it.

So back to the basics, back to the Alignment talk, Power naps or even quiet sitting helps regulate your nervous system.

2. Mentally Process What’s Happening

Here’s how to self heal after trauma.

• Name What You Feel: Fear. Anger. Confusion. Numbness. Grief. Whatever it is, give it a name. Doing so helps the brain process the chaos.

• Stay in the Moment: Focus on small tasks drinking water, holding someone’s hand, organizing a bag etc. Each moment grounded in presence helps fight the disorientation trauma brings.

• Avoid Overexposure to News: Information is crucial, but doom-scrolling fuels anxiety and the algorithms amplify what you see in the artificial matrix (protect your mind). Check reliable updates in short bursts, then disengage.

feed the program that gives back positive feedback aka higher frequency (no matter what people say or believe in their own mind matrixes). Know thyself.

3. Emotionally Reconnect

• Talk, Even if It’s Hard: Share your story with someone who listens without judgment or just share it even if people without judgment seem to be a dying breed. Connection is medicine. And if you don’t have it through humanity, find refuge by spending time with animals, or natural places (there are not ALL burning down so focus on the solution rather than amplifying the problem)

• Cry When You Need To: Crying isn’t weakness — it’s the body’s way of detoxing stress hormones.Take a shower and release, reset, clear and realign your consciousness.

• Create Rituals of Grief: Burn a candle for what was lost. Write a letter to your home. Draw or speak a goodbye or just feel it or even process it in your own time when the chaos subsides and the nervous system is ready to exit the survival mode. Rituals help the heart process the unimaginable. Check this article on how to heal the subconscious mind through journaling.

If You Are Not Directly Affected:

You may feel helpless — even guilty — watching the suffering of others. But you’re not powerless. Here’s how to help someone who’s grieving.

1. Witness Without Turning Away

• Acknowledge Their Pain: Saying “I see you,” or “That must be unbearable,” goes further than “At least you’re alive.” People need to feel seen, not fixed.

• Listen Without Inserting Your Story: Let survivors lead the narrative. Your role is to hold space, not to compare.

2. Offer Grounded Support

• Check on Mutual Contacts: Call or message friends in affected zones. A simple “thinking of you” reminds them they’re not alone.

• Volunteer Time or Skills: If you’re nearby, offer to distribute supplies, assist evacuations, or help care for displaced animals. If far away, help with administrative or emotional support online.

• Amplify Verified Resources: Share updates, shelter info, and survivor needs via social platforms to extend their reach.

3. Process Your Own Reactions

• Don’t Minimize Your Feelings: It’s okay to feel shaken even if you weren’t physically there. Collective trauma affects us all.

• Transform Guilt into Action:“What can I do now with what I have?”

For All of Us: A Time to Rebuild and Heal Together

The fires may burn homes, but they do not burn the soul. In the ashes, we find a strange truth: we are more connected than we realize. Whether directly impacted or observing from afar, we all carry a role in this collective healing.

• Practice Resilience Daily: Resilience isn’t heroic. It’s in the choice to show up again — to breathe, to help, to cry, to build again.

• Strengthen Community Bonds: Fire survivors often say the love of neighbors saved them more than any system. Let’s nourish those bonds before disaster strikes.

• Educate Yourself and Others: Learn about climate resilience, solar flare cycles, and fire prevention. Awareness is power. Use your devices to provide solutions not fear.

Final Words: Fire as a Teacher

Fire devastates — but it also renews. Forests regrow. Hearts scar, but they beat on. Survivors emerge not untouched, and whether it’s a trauma survivor, fire survivor or any type of survivor you are being transformed. In its wake, fire reminds us of what we cherish: life, connection, peace, nature and the will to begin again (just like she always does when the seeds are planted and the roots are clean).

Let this be a time to awaken to our planet, to one another, and to the strength inside each of us. Whether you are healing from the flames, the truths, the emotions, or helping others through the smoke or all at once, you are part of the recovery.

You are needed. You are not alone. I believe in you and together, we rise.

The future is bright, focus, you got this 🫶🏻🪽
